We only provide a range of sales (no specific value estimate) to allow YOU to assess the appraisal risk and properly prepare for an appraisal utilizing your knowledge of the neighborhood distressed sales, property condition/updates/features and comps that you can share compliantly with the appraiser for a successful closing!
